I don’t need your pity
I do want you to understand
I can’t explain how I’m feeling
Being pushed by life’s demands

I know everything works out
I truly believe it too
I realize I can’t be perfect
Simply feeling kind of blue

I need a little time
I will be fine in spite
I appreciate the concern
But hey, I’m just living life.

I feel a little down
I bet you’ve been there too
I know someday the clouds will part
And I hope that day comes soon

oh, this is beautiful, and it makes me want to write music to go with it and make it into a song. but I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. *hugs*

I’m feeling better now, thankfully. It’s kind of amazing what happens when I remember that I’m not the one in control and that God’s working out his perfect plan 😀 He works everything out.

Yeah, I kind of think this would make a cool song too. I might have to work on that.
